St. Anastasia Catholic Community is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeper to join our parish staff. This vital role supports both the parish and school by overseeing business operations, finances, and office administration, while fostering a welcoming and faith-filled environment.
Position Details

Hours: 40+ hours per week, year-round (July 1 – June 30). Some evenings and weekends required for special events and meetings.

Primary Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeper plays a key role in supporting the mission of St. Anastasia Catholic Community. Responsibilities include:

Overseeing daily operations of the parish office and business functions

Managing parish finances, budgets, payroll, and accounting systems

Supervising administrative staff and supporting parish committees

Administering employee benefits and diocesan Safe Environment program
-
Providing leadership to ensure a collaborative, faith-filled, and efficient work environment

Serving as a resource to parish, school, and community ministries
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience in financial, human resources, and office management
-
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
-
Proficiency with office equipment and computer systems
-
Completion of diocesan background check and VIRTUS training
-
Valid driver’s license and insurance
