Are you passionate about education and empowering young minds? We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time 3rd Grade Elementary Teacher to join our team. As an Elementary School Teacher at St. Anastasia Catholic School, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on students’ lives by educating the whole child in a Christian environment—supporting their academic, spiritual, emotional, and physical growth.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement engaging, faith-based lesson plans
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Use a variety of teaching methods to support different learning styles
- Assess student progress and provide meaningful feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues and communicate with parents
- Stay current with educational best practices
Qualifications
- Valid Minnesota Teaching License in Elementary Education (or ability to obtain prior to the 2026-27 school year)
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to foster a respectful, inclusive learning environment
- Passion for student growth and faith-based education
