Thank you to all who attended, participated, volunteered and played a part in making our 2022 Family Fun Fest a wonderfully FUN and successful event! We are already looking forward to next year!

On Friday October 7, 2022, St. Anastasia students, school teachers, staff, parents & siblings will walk 3.5 miles to raise awareness and money for their school. As St. Anastasia Catholic School’s largest annual fundraiser, the Marathon is not only a source of accomplishment and excitement for the students, but a key financial component that allows the school to meet its financial needs.

This year, our goal is $50,000, with 100% going directly to the school. These funds will continue to support further educational programs for St. Anastasia students.

 As a member of the extended St. Anastasia family community, there are several ways in which you can participate:

• Make an online donation
• Become a Business Sponsor (levels $250-$5000+) and have access to unique advertising opportunities!

Mark your calendars for September 23-25, and plan on joining us for our annual Fall Family Festival! We look forward to welcoming you back to celebrate with the same charm of our traditional events as we bring in some new and exciting ones as well! Pre-sales for carnival ride wristband vouchers are happening now can be purchased in the Parish Office for $25 until noon on September 23^rd, 2022 or at the door for $30.

Family Fun Festival Donations Needed!

We SO appreciate all the donations made for the Family Fun Fest. Donations (books, plants, soda, etc) will be collected in the hospitality area starting September 15th.

Pope Francis has named Bishop Chad W. Zielinski, 57, the fifth bishop of the Diocese of New Ulm. This announcement was made by Archbishop Christophe Pierre, apostolic nuncio to the United States. His installation is set for Tuesday, September 27, 2022.

 In a statement, Bishop Zielinski says:

 “I am most grateful to our Holy Father for entrusting me to serve as the shepherd of the Diocese of New Ulm. As I leave the vast expanse of Northern Alaska, I am fully aware of the countless blessings I received from 46 parishes. The faithful of the entire Diocese of Fairbanks patiently helped form me to be the shepherd I am today. Our Native Alaskan brothers and sisters have opened my mind and heart to the cultural beauty and richness of their traditional way of life. I come to the Diocese of New Ulm with the same open heart and mind, eager to learn and encounter new blessings as I visit parishes and families in this beautiful prairie land of south and west-central Minnesota. Guided by the Holy Spirit, together we continue our journey of faith into a new era of peace filled with hope in Jesus Christ.”
