Religious Education Mission

The goal for religious education is to encourage and promote a faith that is truly alive for each young person, enlightened through instruction, strengthened by community, family, church, and society, and always centered on Jesus and the gospel message. Ongoing faith formation, pre-kindergarten through adulthood is essential. Preparation for the sacraments of Reconciliation, Eucharist, and Confirmation is an important component.

Religious Education Classes

Classes are offered for Pre-K through Grade 6 on Sunday morning or Monday evenings. There is also a Wednesday morning release time for Grades 3,4,5.

Classes for Grades 7-10 are Wednesday evenings. Some classes are held in the catechists' homes.

Registration for classes is required. Click here to send an email to the Religious Education office if you would like to register a child for class.
