The White Elephant Booth is Getting Ready to Roll!

Thanks to our wonderful CCW ladies, the White Elephant Booth at St. Anastasia is getting ready to roll!

The sale will be August 27 & 28. We will take your good quality donations starting August 21st.

The WEB does not take clothes (save those for the Rummage sale in October), and no computers please. Do bring in your furniture, kitchen and household items – all those things we just had to have and we found out we don’t have enough room for, or we are just plain tired of them now. We’ll take toys, pet items, antiques, jewelry, collectables, garden and yard items – hey we’ll take just about anything. And if you have cars, trucks, campers, boats, and ATV’s; Steve and Sheila will handle those items anytime!

(I had heard that when Sheila retired from the WEB she was moving to Florida and living off the pension she got from the Bishop – maybe that’s not all true.)   --Contact Lori Dahlberg if you have questions:  dahlberg@hutchtel.net   587-3581

Eucharistic Adoration

We need more people to commit to an hour of Eucharistic Adoration on Tuesdays at St Anastasia, especially for the hours between noon and 3pm. Please accept this invitation to spend time with Our Lord. Thank You! Call Mary Ann Kerkvliet 587-6403.

Row, Row Your Boat

Unfortunately we can’t all walk on water, but we do have the next best thing! We have a 14ft aluminum Lund boat with trailer and 2 motors (a Chrysler 10 hp auto electric and a MinnKota 66mx) a depth finder Eagle Supra ID, 2 boat seats, anchor and lift, permanent registration, lights, gas tank and spare tire (the boat, not me). $700 and it’s all yours. Steve Toperzer is standing by waiting for your call at 234-7576. PS: We sold the camper, so if you still would like to buy one, maybe, just maybe, someone else in the parish has one to donate. If so, call me (587-8478) to make arrangements. PPS: Thank you Norman and Marge Straumann for generously donating the fabulous recreational vehicle, boat, trailer, motors and wonderful accessories. God bless, Sheila
